Hi folks, i did not realise that there is so many clips on youtube about toastmasters. I would suggest the one with the title of funnist ever table topic.

Phew, I am glad my first speech is over. I would just like to thank you for voting for my speech on the night. It has done wonders for my confidence.

The first speech is always good to get past. It does boost the confidence and makes you keen to get onto the next project. Looking forward to hearing your next speech. :)
